By placing an order with Rose James Home & Gifts, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Products
Our products are hand-painted and finished in small batches. As a result, slight variations in colour, finish and natural wood grain may occur, making each piece unique. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, photographs and colours shown on our website are as accurate as possible.

Orders & Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£). Payment must be received in full before your order is processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in the unlikely event of a pricing error or product availability issue.

Delivery
Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within the timeframe stated on our website. Delivery times are estimates and we cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our reasonable control.

Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your purchase, but if you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Personalised, bespoke or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs so we can help resolve the issue.

Intellectual Property
Website content, including product designs, branding and imagery, belongs to Rose James Home & Gifts unless otherwise stated and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
