Shipping, Lead Times & Returns
We will always try to keep your shipping costs down to a minimum where possible. Where multiple items are purchased in one order, your items will be packaged and charged in the most economical way. (Please note we cannot take responsibility for any delays directly associated with Royal Mail/Parcel Force).
Your order will be delivered via Standard Royal Mail Signed For service for delivery in 3-5 working days (unless otherwise requested). We won’t 'leave your order in a 'safe place while you're out'.
Parcel Force offers a 48-hour service.

For orders with multiple items, we may occasionally be required to dispatch your order in more than 1 consignment. However, you will only be charged for 1 shipment as indicated at the time of placing your original order.
The nature of our work means many of our items are produced on a 'Made to Order' basis. This means some items (especially the larger ones) require a lead time to be produced to your chosen requirements. We have never had to extend a lead time to date as we always make every effort to meet our deadlines. However, during busy periods there may be the odd occasion when additional time is required and we will always contact you to keep you updated with any changes. Likewise, where orders are ready for dispatch earlier than expected, we will contact you to offer an earlier delivery date if it's convenient. Information on lead times for individual items can be found in the 'Product Information' section on the relevant product pages.
We also hold stock items requiring no lead time. These can be dispatched immediately for Next Day Delivery or 3 working days depending on your chosen service.
We hope you are delighted with your purchase from Rose James Home & Gifts. However, we also understand there may be the odd occasion where you may wish to return an item.
Please return it to us in its original condition within 14 days for a full refund (excluding shipping fees). We ask that all packaging is kept so that your item is returned to us safely. (We do not offer a free returns service).
